"Santini surrendered to police without incident on Friday night," Bethlehem Chief of Police Michelle Kott said.
"The charges have been upgraded to include the charge of Criminal Homicide and well as Robbery, firearms, and weapons offenses," she explained, adding that "The nature of the charges and the use of a deadly weapon means that the charges are properly referred directly to criminal court for prosecution as an adult."
